It is filling in the picture that has no game data in it. Wiiscrubber takes it and converts the code 0s so that the image will turn to compress much more. The result is usually a huge reduction in size once the image is compressed. Some images will compress just 100 MB! Keep in mind that when you extract these images, the images themselves will be more than 4 GB in size. This process is designed to save space to store your games in the form of compressed files. The games will play exactly like the images be brushed, there is no game data missing. This process has already been done for you!
